About the job
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- Candidates must be comfortable traveling to clients’ homes within their service area.
- Candidates must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
- Candidates must be patient, dependable, and interested in working with children.
- Work one-to-one with children with autism and other developmental differences.
- Implement individualized therapy plans designed by a supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
- Track each child’s progress.
- Keep families updated on how their child is doing.
- Work independently during sessions in clients’ homes while staying connected with the clinical team.
- Applied Behavior Analysis experience is a plus.
