- 1–2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment, along with team spirit and communication skills.
- Passion for and sound knowledge of the Nike brand.
- Implement visual merchandising concepts in accordance with brand guidelines and ensure attractive product presentations that support sales.
- Maintain high standards on the sales floor, including product availability, replenishment, size runs, and presentation quality.
- Plan and execute new displays, floor changes, and seasonal presentations, and maintain them on an ongoing basis.
- Train and support the store team in visual merchandising fundamentals and promote consistent implementation of visual merchandising standards.
- Work closely with the stockroom and sales teams to ensure efficient execution of all merchandising initiatives.
- Monitor compliance with company policies, use modern business systems, and support loss-prevention measures.
- Observe current trends and continuously develop visual presentations to optimize the shopping experience.
- Provide excellent customer service, address customer concerns, and actively support sales through product advice and cross-selling.
