Position Overview:

We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator with strong functional and business analysis skills to join our team in Jakarta, Indonesia. The role will support the administration, configuration, and optimization of our Salesforce platform to ensure it effectively supports sales, revenue, e-commerce, and customer processes.

You will work closely with business users to gather requirements, improve workflows, and support day-to-day Salesforce operations across Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:
