  • Experience selling complex or vertical software as a service to mid-market or enterprise buyers with multiple stakeholders.
  • A history of closing £30,000–£250,000 annual recurring revenue contracts and the ability to explain every deal in detail.

  • Help shape the company's approach to the United States market.
Desired Qualifications

Lupa Pets offers Lupa OS, a veterinary-specific SaaS that unifies clinic management, client engagement, and a pet-parent app in one subscription-based system. It automates scheduling, clinical notes, billing, and inventory, with an AI co-pilot named Jerry for diagnostic ideas and operational insights, plus Lupa Notes that transcribes consultations; it also integrates with medical devices, wholesalers, and insurers and provides a mobile app for pet owners. The platform differentiates itself by targeting veterinary workflows with device and supplier integrations, AI tools, and a claimed reduction in admin time and missed appointments, along with an exclusive UK market partnership with Vetsure. Its goal is to modernize veterinary clinics by centralizing operations, reducing administrative burden, and expanding its UK presence.

Simplify's Take

What believers are saying

  • Lupa says revenue grew 50x since its seed round by October 2025.
  • The June 2026 Google Play update signals active product shipping and mobile adoption.
  • Open positions on Ashby in August 2026 show continued hiring across customer experience.

What critics are saying

  • Provet Cloud, ezyVet, Vetspire, and Covetrus Pulse already ship AI note tools in 2026.
  • Lupa’s terms acknowledge downtime, maintenance, and service interruptions across the platform.
  • If clinics reject painful migrations by 2027, Lupa becomes another point solution, not the operating system.

What makes Lupa unique

  • Lupa’s October 2025 Series A funded a dedicated Veterinary AI Lab.
  • Lupa Notes and Jerry sit inside one operating system, reducing tool sprawl.
  • Lupa’s Vetsure partnership gives access to 1,200-plus UK clinics.

Lupa Pets raises $20M for AI lab

Lupa has secured $20M to launch the world's first veterinary AI lab, addressing the $350B petcare market's lag in technology adoption. Many veterinary groups still use outdated systems from the 1990s, hindering productivity and business performance. Lupa aims to consolidate these into a single, enterprise-grade operating system, improving efficiency and user experience for both clinics and pet owners. This integration promises doubled ROI on software spend and significant time savings for vets.
