Exhibition & Industry Coordinator
About the job
- Experience in the events or tourism industry.
- Experience in exhibition management, client liaison, and international environments is a plus.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel frequently (4–6 times per year), including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in English.
- An academic degree and experience with event technology.
- Coordinate and manage exhibitor and sponsor operations, both onsite and virtual.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing communications and orders.
- Oversee technical and operational aspects, working closely with suppliers and the internal project team.
- Collaborate with clients on booth setup, design, and production logistics.
- Work with suppliers on congress production, including booth construction, audiovisual, information technology, and shipping.
- Supervise on-site activities and ensure successful execution of client requirements.
- Provide high-quality customer service and proactively address client needs.
