  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and quickly adapt to changing timelines and priorities
  • Ability to understand customer needs and determine its fit to our product offering
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Ability to quickly build rapport with clients and turn them into long-term partnerships
  • Proven ability to maintain professionalism and demonstrate courtesy towards clients
  • Demonstrates honesty and integrity
  • Questions the status quo and isn't afraid to speak up
  • Digital marketing knowledge or experience, specific to website design using platforms such as Duda or Wordpress, is an asset
  • Familiarity with CRM Platforms, ideally Salesforce and Churnzero
  • Go above and beyond for your clients, ensuring the successful use of the OneLocal platform from the moment the contract is signed
  • Manage multiple, concurrent client activation projects independently
  • Be proactive in addressing client issues or potential issues to help reach our client's desired outcome
  • Understand our full marketing suite and be able to ensure our clients find value out of the use of our platform as quickly as possible
  • Managing ongoing client communications and reporting on client status and happiness to internal and external stakeholders
  • Managing project risk to ensure timely, on-budget project execution and closure
  • Preparing project documents and providing training to clients
  • Contributing to the development of best practices, methodologies, and other intellectual capital aimed at delivering value to our clients
  • Addressing and resolving client issues with the help of team members across OneLocal, present action plans and recommendations to resolve issues, including occasional on-call after-hours assistance for support team
