- Previous office experience is preferred.

- Ability to successfully pass a background screening.
- Intermediate computer efficiency.
- Ability to perform the physical requirements of the role, including sitting, talking, hearing, repetitive hand motions, standing, walking, reaching, bending, and lifting up to 20 pounds.
- Coordinate administrative duties in compliance with federal and state regulations and Managed Care Organization program rules.
- Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, messages, and chats for customer service purposes.
- Coordinate and manage daily intake and referral processes.
- Process client and attendant enrollment paperwork.
- Coordinate authorization processes.
- Provide customer service to internal and external clients.
- Handle inbound and outbound phone calls and provide accurate answers to queries and concerns.
- De-escalate dissatisfied-customer situations and offer assistance and support.
- Provide administrative and clerical support, including mailing, scanning, faxing, and data entry.
- Process forms and documents in relevant systems.
- Support accounts receivable efforts by auditing service authorizations for accuracy and facilitating corrections from Managed Care Organization representatives.
- Comply with applicable legal requirements, standards, policies, and procedures.
- Coordinate workflow and maintain the necessary skills and knowledge to do so.
- Demonstrate problem-solving and decision-making in daily work.
- Participate in professional development and training activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous office experience.
- Bilingual ability in applicable locations.
