Responsibilities
  • Utilize strong project management skills to oversee client task management, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project milestones
  • Prepare and maintain project plan(s) and related project documentation, update task statuses, prepare status reports and meeting minutes
  • Organize meetings and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication
  • Maintain and update project files and records for easy access and retrieval
  • Execute other departmental projects and tasks as assigned
  • Proactively identify and escalate risks to Engagement Manager and work collaboratively with internal teams, as needed, to ensure prompt resolution
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and customer-centric approach to client activities and ongoing success.
