Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the client onboarding process
  • Establish a strong relationship with clients
  • Manage client transition from Sales to Customer Success
  • Prepare for customer kick-off meeting
  • Set client expectations and ensure project completion on time
  • Work with deliverability team to create and implement email ramp up plans
  • Be part of cross-functional teams to roll out new product features
  • Understand client's perceived value and prioritize onboarding achievements
  • Communicate project status to clients
  • Ensure clear understanding of the Bluecore platform
