Requirements
  • At least 7 years of experience in user experience and web design.
  • Maintain a personal website portfolio with a large collection of work samples.
  • Ability to design in a variety of styles and execute unique yet functional solutions to common website problems.
  • Ability to develop logos and visual brand systems.
  • Comfort building nuanced creative narratives and confidently presenting work to executive teams.
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with writers and strategists to develop holistic creative solutions.
  • Experience managing and mentoring more junior designers.
  • Additional capability in an area such as illustration, typography, motion design, or front-end coding.
Responsibilities
  • Gather insights from discovery and research and translate them into meaningful creative solutions.
  • Help clients refresh or reimagine their brands.
  • Deliver highly conceptual, strategically grounded designs and user experience deliverables.
  • Craft user experiences that meet client goals.
  • Present designs to clients and support the rationale behind creative decisions.
  • Mentor, inspire, and collaborate with team members.
  • Contribute to high-profile and challenging client engagements.
