The Drone Delivery team is focused on bringing the dream of fast, efficient, and delightful last mile delivery through the air to life. As one of the leaders in this space, we believe strongly in the promise of combining advanced robotics, aviation, and operational innovation to bring this high flying technology into our 3-sided marketplace. Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Robotics, Computer Science, or a related field.
5+ years of experience developing UAVs, robotics, or related technical areas.
Strong experience in hardware and software integration for autonomous aerial systems.
Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
Knowledge of FAA regulations and safety standards related to drone operations.

Compensation

The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location.Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.

In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.

The base pay for this position ranges from our lowest geographical market up to our highest geographical market within California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Maryland, New Jersey, New York and Washington.
