Responsibilities
  • Drive Demand & Adoption by excelling at demand generation and demonstrating Wardflex expertise to achieve sales targets; promote Wardflex as contractor’s preferred CSST brand through solution selling, application knowledge, and hands-on demonstrations and facility tours
  • Strengthen Contractor, Distributor & Rep Agency Relationships by building lasting relationships across the residential plumbing ecosystem and partnering with rep agencies to ensure product knowledge, Wardflex certified sales force, sales closure, expand Wardflex placement, and achieve aggressive growth goals; integrate into national, regional, and local trade associations to leverage contractor relationships for increased product adoption
  • Product Demonstration & Training including selecting, demonstrating, and promoting Wardflex system solutions; conducting training for contractors, distribution inside/outside sales teams, and other key decision-makers; train the trainer to ensure Wardflex certification across rep agencies and distribution; serve as front-line champion for new Wardflex product rollouts and provide field feedback and competitive insights
  • Pipeline Growth & Market Expansion by developing a consistent pipeline of contractor prospects and residential project opportunities with rep partners and Regional Managers; identifying high-potential markets and accelerating Wardflex penetration; providing feedback from the field on installation trends, competitive activity, and contractor requirements
  • Sales Tools & Technology by utilizing CRM, Power BI, Microsoft applications, and digital tools; using Teams to communicate with Regional Managers, Rep Partners, and key contractors
  • Budget Responsibilities by managing deliverables within the annual expense budget
  • Effort Allocation by allocating time: 20% Distributor Engagement, 20% Contractor Engagement, 40% Rep Partners/Agencies, 10% Distribution Support, 10% Administrative Tasks
