Requirements
  • Advanced proficiency with computer systems, including Microsoft Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, Microsoft Office, and Outlook.
  • A general understanding of circuit board assembly manufacturing processes and systems.
  • Knowledge of documentation control and material requirements planning systems.
  • Ability to work in a team environment with customer order management, buyers, and production personnel.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills for internal and customer communication.
  • Ability to make commitments and provide visibility of progress.
  • Ability to work effectively under deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
  • A service orientation and ability to negotiate with customers and internal stakeholders to provide excellent service.
  • A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Responsibilities
  • Manage transactions for the customer new product introduction process, including collecting and auditing all required customer information.
  • Initiate new product introductions and change orders in Agile.
  • Conduct new product introduction meetings to plan product introductions.
  • Conduct first-article debriefs and convert products to production status.
  • Receive and audit engineering change orders from customers.
  • Coordinate business analysis to determine the best timing and potential impact of change orders.
  • Coordinate effective implementation of change orders and the product phase-out process.
  • Issue and control return material authorizations for warranty returns.
  • Issue, quote, coordinate, and control product projects for non-warranty work.
  • Coordinate and communicate with customers regarding customer-owned equipment.
  • Establish and maintain master customer files.
  • Set up and maintain all part, bill of materials, point-of-use, and product pricing data.
  • Cross-train in other accounting functions for role coverage and perform other duties as assigned.
