Epic Healthcare Management operates rehabilitation and long-term care facilities. Its centers provide skilled nursing, short-term rehabilitation and ongoing residential support for patients recovering from illness, surgery or changes in health. Clinical, therapy, dietary, social-service and operations teams coordinate care with residents, families and medical providers. Epic functions as a management platform for a family of care facilities rather than a hospital system, with each location delivering local services under shared operational and quality oversight.
