Requirements
  • Track record of significant impact: you’ve led projects, initiatives, products, or teams that delivered substantial, measurable results, with many examples.
  • You’ve spent time in a high-standards, analytical environment (consulting, investment banking, PE/VC, corporate strategy, or a similarly demanding role).

Responsibilities
  • Lead priority initiatives, owning them end-to-end from definition to measurable impact, delivering with exceptionally high quality and urgency.
  • Drive high-growth for a new product: drive growth plays, support sales, onboard early customers and ensure their success, and build repeatable processes.
  • Create leverage for other teams and leaders in the organization, supporting their priorities with deep analytical rigor, intense drive, positivity, and humbleness.
  • Operate as a trusted extension of the CEO, deeply understanding the business end-to-end, surfacing important context, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Get stuff done. No task is too small (or big).
Desired Qualifications
  • 7+ years of professional experience
  • Prior GM or P&L ownership experience
  • Direct exposure to SaaS or AI-driven businesses.
  • Experience running operating cadences (OKRs, reviews, reporting).
  • Exposure to fundraising or investor relations
  • MBA or advanced degree.
