Requirements
  • Completing or having completed a bachelor’s degree from a leading institution
  • Expert familiarity with large social platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Snap, and Twitter)
  • Active social media user, specifically on TikTok
  • Ability to drive end-to-end projects with little guidance or supervision
  • Resourceful and happy to roll up your sleeves to get any job done
  • Strong communicator, both written and oral
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint (or Google equivalents). Adobe Creative Suite and graphic design skills are a plus
Responsibilities
  • Work alongside the growth and marketing teams to solve user acquisition challenges
  • Support ad content development
  • Coordinate, develop, and launch new ad campaigns across various marketing channels
  • Work cross-functionally within the marketing organization to drive user acquisition initiatives
  • Gain experience working on programs across the entire marketing funnel
  • Help shape key business decisions to drive new customer acquisition
  • Assist with the development of customer and influencer relationships
