About the Job

Requirements

  • Secondary vocational school or high school education or above, in food, pharmaceutical, chemical, or another related field.
  • At least 2 years of chemical-industry work experience and familiarity with chemical handling and disposal.
  • At least 1 year of work experience in the food, pharmaceutical, or chemical industry.
  • Good safety and environmental awareness.
  • Team collaboration ability.

Responsibilities

  • Operate strictly according to instructions and standard operating procedures, complying with company safety, good manufacturing practice, and environmental requirements.
  • Communicate and collaborate with the team during work, observe abnormal conditions, and report them promptly.
  • Complete production records according to good manufacturing practice and be responsible for their accuracy and authenticity.
  • Follow company shift handover requirements and maintain cleanliness in the relevant production areas.
  • Ensure equipment is used safely and maintain assigned personal protective equipment.
  • Submit suggestions for improvement, participate in continuous process and operating improvements, and submit safety observation cards on time.
  • Carry out tasks assigned by the shift leader and follow company safety management rules and the employee handbook.
  • Support production for the EPM plant project as scheduled.

Desired Qualifications

  • Good manufacturing practice knowledge, a health certificate, or familiarity with commonly used equipment and unit operations is preferred.
