About the Company

Motiva

Refines, distributes, and markets petroleum products

Motiva refines, distributes and markets petroleum products across the Americas. Its Port Arthur Manufacturing Complex in Texas combines North America’s largest refinery, the largest base oil plant and an integrated chemical operation to produce fuels, base oils and chemicals, which are then sold through licensed brands to branded and unbranded wholesalers, moving about 10 billion gallons per year. The company stands apart from competitors by its scale, integrated chemical operations, exclusive brand licenses with Shell and the 76 brand from Phillips 66, and ownership by Aramco. Motiva’s goal is to supply high-quality refined fuels and base oils across the Americas at scale, supporting Aramco’s broader energy and chemicals strategy.
