Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in employer branding, talent marketing, digital marketing, or corporate communications
  • Exposure to job portals and recruitment marketing platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Glassdoor)
  • Experience in internal communications, including drafting employee-facing content and managing communication calendars
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Strong familiarity with how Generative AI tools are used across communications programmes, especially in planning, research, ideation, content creation, and daily operations to drive relevance and efficiency
  • Effective communication skills, especially written, oral and presentation skills
Responsibilities
  • Own and champion employer brand across all digital channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), and other relevant platforms — ensuring a consistent, authentic, and compelling brand voice at all times
  • Develop and execute employer branding campaigns that reflect the organisation's Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and resonate with target talent audiences across experience levels and functions
  • Build and maintain a content strategy and editorial calendar that brings the employer brand to life — spanning hiring campaigns, culture spotlights, employee milestones, leadership narratives, and organisational milestones
  • Monitor brand sentiment and engagement across channels; respond to queries and comments in a timely, brand-consistent manner that reinforces as an employer
  • Track, analyse, and report on employer brand performance metrics regularly; translate data into actionable insights and recommendations for continuous optimisation
  • Stay ahead of digital trends, platform algorithm changes, and employer branding best practices — proactively identifying opportunities to sharpen and differentiate client's brand presence
  • Collaborate with creative and design teams to develop visually compelling, on-brand assets that elevate the quality and consistency of digital communications
  • Drive employee advocacy initiatives that activate employees as authentic brand ambassadors across digital platforms
  • Leverage Generative AI tools across content ideation, planning, and creation workflows to enhance output quality and operational efficiency
  • Manage client's presence across all active job portals (LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, Glassdoor, and others) through an employer branding lens, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the organisation's brand accurately and compellingly
  • Monitor recruitment marketing analytics including job views, application volumes, and source tracking; share regular performance summaries with relevant stakeholders
  • Identify and recommend emerging platforms and talent marketing strategies to strengthen employer brand reach

LONDON - Burson has expanded EMEA chief growth officer Helen Searle's role to include global responsibilities, naming her global growth partner. In the expanded role, Searle will continue to lead growth strategy across EMEA while taking on responsibility for scaling Burson's growth capabilities globally and leading major multimarket pitches worldwide. NEW YORK - Sphere Entertainment has named Karen Laureano-Rikardsen global head of corporate marketing and communications. Reporting to president and chief operating officer Jennifer Koester, she will lead the company's global marketing and communications function. Laureano-Rikardsen joins Sphere from Cantor Fitzgerald, where she served as chief communications and marketing officer. AUSTIN, TX - Swarmer has promoted Garrett Kasper to chief communications officer after serving as vice president of communications and marketing since December 2025. He will oversee the company's marketing, branding and corporate communications functions. Kasper joined Swarmer from L3Harris Technologies, where he led external communications, and brings three decades of communications experience across the defense and healthcare sectors. PHOENIX - Fender Musical Instruments has appointed Christina Stejskal chief communications officer. SINGAPORE - Three leading global public relations networks - Burson, Edelman and Weber Shandwick - have won two 2026 Asia-Pacific Innovation SABRE Awards, which recognize the best work across a number of content creation and data and analytics categories and showcase the breadth of technologies, tools and tactics deployed by modern public relations practitioners to build stakeholder relationships. One of Burson's awards rcognizesits "Prism AI" product, a new tool that makes a major contribution to redefining global PR measurement, created in partnership with client LG Electronics.
