Responsibilities
  • Develop and improve metrics, dashboards, and tools for the team. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure these tools meet business needs.
  • Use coding and analytical skills to identify the root causes of underperformance in Multibox. Provide data-driven insights and solutions to prevent future issues.
  • Help size problems and build business cases for strategic decisions.
  • Analyze data to find trends, issues, and gaps, and use these insights to inform business strategies.
  • Become an expert in Multibox data. Work with technology and analytics teams to set clear requirements for improving Multibox systems and technology.
  • Collaborate with technology teams to find long-term solutions that enhance Multibox integration with platforms like Partner Home, WIMs, and WFN.
  • Maintain and update internal documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for key workflows and processes.
