- Process payments for services and maintain the cash register.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally and empathetically.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Adapt to schedule changes and work day or night shifts as needed.
- Prepare breakfast by baking pastries and bread on site, setting up the buffet, and welcoming the first customers.
- Receive, inspect, and store breakfast orders.
- Handle customer complaints.
- Proficiency with the FOLS property management system.
- Multilingual skills, with French and English noted as an advantage.
- Experience in the hospitality industry.
- Similar work experience.
