Responsibilities
- Perform first-level multitechnical interventions involving electricity, plumbing, locksmithing, and minor repairs while following safety rules.
- Prepare meeting rooms by opening or closing partitions, installing furniture, setting up screens and microphones, and testing and adjusting equipment.
- Support the setup and teardown of events held at the headquarters.
- Move furniture when office assignments change and perform material handling.
- Perform first-level plumbing tasks, including unclogging toilets, changing faucets, replacing drainpipes, and addressing water leaks.
- Perform first-level electrical tasks, including relamping and tightening switches.
- Repair or replace locks, door handles, cylinders, door closers, hinge washers, and related hardware.
- Replace ceiling tiles, carpet tiles, and other floor coverings, and perform minor painting work.
- Receive, verify, organize, and store stationery-stock orders, and monitor stock levels to anticipate shortages.
- Dispatch printed materials to establishments, including packaging and franking.
- Transport vehicles to garages for servicing or tire changes when needed, and clean vehicle exteriors using the facility's roller wash.
- Receive and sort incoming mail, scan registered mail and parcels, and ensure delivery to the correct recipient.
- Frank outgoing mail and parcels, order couriers, and provide the relevant cost-allocation number.
- Manage internal mail through internal shuttle services.
- Track re-invoicing to the correct cost centers and maintain basic administrative records related to mail activity, including purchase orders, invoices, and tracking tables.
