Responsibilities
- Manage labor and attendance, including working-hour oversight, overtime management, and administration of discretionary work systems.
- Handle procedures for hiring, separations, internal transfers, and social insurance coverage.
- Prepare initial drafts of human resources regulations and organize key discussion points; final decisions are made by the HR Manager.
- Administer performance appraisal cycles and employee grading processes.
- Maintain and analyze compensation bands and employee grading records.
- Coordinate onboarding and reception processes for new hires and internal transfers.
- Serve as the initial point of contact for harassment and workplace compliance inquiries.
- Improve and manage operations within the Money Forward human resources system.
- Support labor-risk mitigation, including overtime management and discretionary work systems, and subsequently design human resources systems and frameworks.
- Depending on the employee's interests, potentially rotate into talent acquisition or contribute to human resource development initiatives, including certification programs and training businesses.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in human resources and labor relations at a startup, newly established organization, or other launch-phase organization.
- Experience participating in projects to design or revise human resources systems and policies.
- Experience implementing or operating human resources, attendance, and labor-management systems; the organization uses Money Forward.
- Experience handling labor matters for diverse employment types, including temporary staff, contractors, secondees, and part-time workers.
- Experience managing harassment helpdesks or compliance consultation channels.
- Interest in artificial intelligence, robotics, and deep technology.
- Business-level English is a plus.
