Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree; ten years of Special Forces experience may substitute for the academic degree.
  • A Secret clearance.
  • Two years of experience in facility management and operations of an Army Mission Command Training Center or Complex.
  • Two years of experience supervising maintenance, security, and safety of facilities.
  • U.S. Army Directorate of Public Works Repair and Upgrade training and experience.
  • Experience performing humidity, air conditioning, and controls checks.
  • Experience submitting and tracking Directorate of Public Works services or work orders for air conditioning or heat, plumbing, electrical, and related services, with emphasis on Army Directorate of Public Works regulations and procedures.
Responsibilities
  • Manage and operate an Army Mission Command Training Center or Complex.
  • Supervise the maintenance, security, and safety of facilities.
  • Perform humidity, air conditioning, and controls checks.
  • Submit and track Directorate of Public Works services or work orders for air conditioning or heat, plumbing, electrical, and related services.
  • Support requirements in accordance with Army Directorate of Public Works regulations and procedures.
Desired Qualifications
  • Certified Project Manager.
  • Experience performing key control and fire marshal functions.
  • Defense Information Systems for Security training.
  • Four years of experience as a senior supervisor.
  • Two years of management and operations experience of a Training Center or Complex, such as MTC, NTC, or JRTC.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and project coordination skills.
