About the job
- At least ten years of relevant experience in a technology environment, including at least five years as a business architect or solution architect.
- Hold a first-cycle university degree in computer science, computer engineering, or an equivalent field.
- Have good knowledge of the health and social services network and complex information-system environments.
- Know business and solution architecture methodologies and best practices.
- Have experience with multiple platforms and technologies.
- Have experience or participation in solution architecture definition, including cloud environments and cybersecurity considerations.
- Understand organizational issues and have a cross-functional perspective.
- Have analytical and synthesis skills.
- Demonstrate autonomy, rigor, professional ethics, and care in the quality of work.
- Be able to communicate, write, and explain complex topics clearly.
- Be able to work in a multidisciplinary team.
- Know the following programs and systems: Electronic Health Record (DCI), Digital Health Record (DSN – Epic), Medical Imaging Viewer (VIM), SI-RH, and SI-FA.
- Participate in developing business and technology roadmaps.
- Support projects requiring new solutions and interface integration.
- Produce business and solution architecture plans that meet user needs.
- Participate in comparative solution assessments and recommend directions.
- Establish and maintain business capability maps and their links to information systems.
- Identify and prioritize business capabilities for development.
- Document business processes, value chains, and key information.
- Support teams in their digital projects.
- Facilitate architecture meetings and present to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams and ensure compliance with security and cybersecurity standards.
- Architecture certification such as ASAT, BAIS, BAIP, CBA, or TOGAF.
