About the job
- MBO4 working-and-thinking level and experience in the facilities field are requested, although applicants without facilities experience may also apply if motivated to learn it.
- Availability for 40 hours per week is required.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.
- Problem-solving ability and a service-oriented attitude are required.
- Good command of Dutch and English is required.
- A driver's license is required for club visits.
- Manage the service portal and facility mailbox, receiving incidents from the clubs and engaging the appropriate parties to resolve them promptly.
- Serve as the first facilities-level point of contact for Basic-Fit clubs in the Netherlands.
- Communicate proactively with cluster managers, regional managers, clubs, landlords, and contractors.
- Analyze energy consumption, inform cluster managers about renovations, and request permission for installing new air conditioning units as needed.
- Manage facilities for an assigned region together with colleagues.
- Support the Facility Field Manager.
- Manage Xurrent and respond to the facility mailbox.
- Proactively inform stakeholders and act as the first facilities-level point of contact.
- Handle facilities purchasing and orders, along with light administrative work.
- Collect and archive documents for mandatory NEN inspections.
