Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3+ years of previous management experience
  • 3+ years of related sales or marketing experience; B2B outbound sales experience is preferred
  • 3+ years of experience creating and implementing efficient processes
  • Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce (CRM), SalesLoft and LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools
  • Expert-level Excel skills
Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of global Sales Development Representatives in creating qualified opportunities for the global Corporate sales team
  • Develop recommendations for team staffing and hire and onboard new team members if needed
  • Establish team targets and effectively coach team members to hit those targets
  • Create and maintain CRM dashboards to provide reporting on key metrics and analytics related to SDR efficiency
  • Accurately forecast team and individual quota attainment
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve team efficiency and output, and implement new processes accordingly
  • Partner with sales leadership to develop and implement outbound lead generation strategy
  • Collaborate with Marketing to ensure tight management and analysis of inbound lead management and quality
  • Develop and ensure accurate preparation of sales reports for leadership presentations
  • All other duties as assigned
