JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS

The Edna Bennett Pierce Prevention Research Center (PRC) in the College of Health and Human Development seeks to hire a part-time administrative assistant to assist with administrative duties.

Typical duties include but are not limited to:

Provide assistance to administrative team members in the preparation, processing, and submission of financial forms (e.g., travel reimbursements, purchasing card reconciliations, etc.)

Pursuant to the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act and the Pennsylvania Act of 1988, Penn State publishes a combined Annual Security and Annual Fire Safety Report (ASR).
