About the job

Requirements
  • Two or more years in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, or human resources operations at a company that hires at pace.
  • Hands-on Greenhouse experience, including requisition setup, interview kits, scorecards, job posts, permissions, and reporting; ability to configure the system, not only use it.

  • Ability and fluency to leverage artificial intelligence to process, understand, and report on data.
  • Ability to write clearly and concisely.
Responsibilities
  • Own interview scheduling end to end, building and booking panels, technical rounds, and executive interviews across US, UK, EMEA, and APAC time zones, and handling reschedules, conflicts, and last-minute changes.
  • Provide candidates with confirmations, preparation materials, interviewer biographies, and timely updates.
  • Partner with talent acquisition partners and hiring managers to set up interview plans, line up panels, keep searches moving, and flag decisions needed.
  • Manage Greenhouse as a clean system of record, including requisition setup, stage configuration, interview kits, scorecards, job post publishing, and permissions.
  • Build and publish the weekly talent report covering pipeline by requisition, stage conversion, time to fill, offer activity, and interview feedback status, and distribute it on a fixed cadence.
  • Keep feedback and approvals moving by surfacing interviews waiting on scorecards, tracking offer approvals, and reconciling the open requisition list against the approved hiring plan.
  • Manage the handoff to People Operations, coordinating the transfer from offer acceptance to the first day so start dates, systems access, and onboarding logistics do not slip.
  • Build playbooks, interview guides, and manager one-pagers to make the process repeatable and improve recruiter efficiency.
  • During the first two weeks, meet the talent acquisition partners and hiring managers, take over scheduling for every open requisition, and learn the existing process.
  • In week three, publish the first weekly talent report and set its distribution cadence with the Senior Director of Talent.
  • In week four, provide a written assessment of opportunities to improve Greenhouse and the process, with a prioritized plan and a date for each item.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience supporting both commercial and government or cleared hiring processes.
  • Exposure to international hiring across the UK, EMEA, or APAC.
  • Working knowledge of Rippling, Juicebox, LinkedIn Recruiter, or a dedicated scheduling tool such as ModernLoop or GoodTime.
  • Experience building reporting or documentation that remained in use after completion.

Sayari rebuilds Commercial World Model on Snowflake, unlocking 75% of archive and cutting costs by 50%

Sayari has rebuilt its Commercial World Model on Snowflake's AI Data Cloud, making over a decade of deep web records accessible for AI analysis. The platform now processes 12 billion records from 715 sources across 250 jurisdictions, including roughly 1 billion original documents such as corporate filings and shipping records. The rebuild enables Sayari to capture up to 75% of previously unreadable information from its archive using AI techniques. The partnership extends Sayari's platform to government, law enforcement, defence, and financial intelligence agencies in eight countries: Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, and Sweden. Governments across Europe are building new institutional infrastructure to fight financial crime. New sanctions bodies, a new EU anti-money laundering authority, and new national strategies are emerging at a pace not seen in decades. Each needs analytics that can trace ownership, trade, and money across borders. And under the EU AI Act, they need trustworthy AI with the right safeguards in place. This partnership further extends that footprint into the region's government market. DataExpert's embedded consultants and analysts, training academy, and deep roots in the European open source intelligence (OSINT) and investigative community give agencies specialist implementation, customized workflows, and in-country support from day one. "European agencies are being asked to confront cross-border financial crime, sanctions evasion, and dual-use proliferation at a pace their current tooling was never designed for," said Gino Flem, Managing Director Benelux, DataExpert. "Combining Sayari's primary-source intelligence with our investigative expertise and in-country support means agencies get capability they can deploy, defend, and build on immediately." "Economic security has become the organizing principle of European statecraft, the countries in this region saw it first and are moving fastest, with new enforcement institutions, new financial-crime strategies, and serious investments in sovereign AI," said Farley Mesko, CEO of Sayari. "We're investing here because this is where the future of economic security is being written, and because these governments have set the right bar: they will only adopt AI they can control, audit, and defend in court. That's the standard we built for. The institutions defending open economies deserve the same visibility into global commerce that we already provide the region's largest banks and enterprises. With DataExpert, they'll have it with specialist support on the ground."
