  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong networking and business development skills
  • Ability to research, identify and qualify prospective leads
  • Interest in beginning a career in Healthcare Sales or Marketing
Responsibilities
  • Gain a strong understanding of both industry and product knowledge
  • Gain proficiency in using Salesforce CRM and other sales tools
  • Using phone, email and LinkedIn, to qualify prospective customer leads in a high-volume environment
  • Review prospective customer needs through leveraging Trella Health’s portals and leverage in outreach
  • Complete 40-50 calls and emails per day
  • Aggressively and systematically move prospects into the sales funnel
  • Drive the beginning of the sales process by setting up demos and discovery calls with prospects/leads for sales reps
  • Perform support tasks for sales team members to support the sales process
  • Document all sales activity in CRM including contacts, opportunities, etc.
  • Effectively collaborate with peers to enhance team effectiveness
  • Provide superior client service and responsiveness
  • Represent the company in an exemplary manner in all client and prospect interactions
  • Support, organize, deploy and follow up on marketing activities such as round tables, email campaigns, trade show activities, etc.
