Requirements
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or reverse supply chain environment, ideally with experience supervising or leading a team.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and resolve team issues.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with warehouse systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel in particular).
  • Attention to detail and accuracy when handling stock, documentation, and system updates.
  • Sound knowledge of health and safety standards and best practices within a warehouse environment.
  • Physically fit and capable of carrying out operational warehouse tasks when needed.
  • A collaborative, proactive, and reliable approach to supporting both team and business objectives.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily shift operations, ensuring workloads are balanced, targets are achieved, and team members remain productive and engaged.
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to operatives; monitor performance and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Assign tasks across receiving, inspection, processing, device preparation and cleaning to maximize efficiency and accuracy.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards; spot-check processed items and verify compliance with refurbishment and testing and data-wipe requirements.
  • Enforce safety policies, conduct toolbox talks, monitor the correct PPE use, and safe handling of electronic products.
  • Track and report on shift performance metrics, including productivity, accuracy, and stock movements.
  • Address operational issues quickly, escalating to the Supervisor/Manager when needed, while maintaining smooth shift flow.
  • Act as the key liaison with refurbishment, testing, logistics, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless operational handovers.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment; ensure compliance with SOPs, security protocols, and environmental best practices.
  • Ensure accurate use of warehouse management systems, asset-tracking tools, and adherence to data protection and information security policies.
  • Respect the value of information by following Likewize's data protection / information security policies and procedures.
