Requirements
  • 12+ years experience in acquisition marketing and performance / growth marketing with direct oversight of SEM, SEO, TV, display, retargeting, paid social, and funnel optimization
  • 5 years or more of people management experience
  • Track record of growing marketing investment on a measurable basis at scale
  • Demonstrated ability to work and influence decision makers in a fast-paced, dynamic organization
  • Exceptional problem solving, and analysis skills combined with the ability to synthesize and effectively communicate findings
  • Experience managing and allocating a large marketing budget
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Highly analytical with demonstrated ability to analyze and get insights from marketing and attribution data
Responsibilities
  • Lead a group of team members to allocate, invest, and optimize the performance media budget across all channels to meet business targets
  • Build a culture of high velocity experimentation and rigorous measurement
  • Accountable for new consignor and buyer growth of the company
  • Responsible for leading the day-to-day operations and campaign management of all performance marketing
  • Utilize data-driven methodology, analysis, and measurement to improve effectiveness and efficiency of performance channels
  • Work closely with analytics and data science partners to build a world-class performance marketing engine
  • Oversee campaign management and reporting, including in-depth analytics of LTV, CPA, ROI, and incrementally
  • Innovate and implement tests and learn strategies to drive scalable results
  • Mentor team members to grow their analytical, communication, and leadership skills
  • Manage a marketing budget to drive the company's strategy and business goals
