Influencer Marketing Manager
About the job
- At least 3 years of experience in influencer marketing or social media, including hands-on ownership of influencer campaigns with a proven track record of delivering a blended cost per thousand impressions below $5.
- Strong platform fluency across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, including content formats and best practices for each.
- Demonstrated experience sourcing and vetting creators, negotiating terms, and managing partnerships to deliverables and budget.
- Comfort with analytics and tracking, and the ability to turn campaign data into recommendations.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Identify and source influencers and creators whose audience and values align with Serenity, using influencer discovery tools and platform research.
- Vet every prospect on audience demographics, engagement rate, content quality, and brand fit.
- Lead outreach and serve as the day-to-day point of contact, building authentic, long-term relationships.
- Manage contracts and agreements from draft to signature, coordinating with leadership or legal on terms, usage rights, and exclusivity as needed. Negotiate deliverables, timelines, usage rights, and compensation.
- Review and approve all influencer content before it goes live, checking for brand alignment, factual accuracy, and sensitivity appropriate to a mental health audience.
- Track and optimize for key metrics, including CPM, engagement, conversions, and brand sentiment, and use them to decide which creators and formats to continue investing in.
