Requirements
  • At least 1 year of closing experience in B2B software sales, ideally in an industrial or technical environment.
  • A solution-oriented and pragmatic approach to addressing individual customer challenges and goals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German.
Responsibilities
  • Qualify and close new customers, owning each deal from the first meeting to the signed contract.
  • Guide prospects through their evaluation as an advisor and build business cases that demonstrate return on investment.
  • Run product demonstrations and negotiations to close deals, and continuously improve the sales process.
  • Own the sales pipeline and work closely with the prospecting team to ensure an optimal customer journey and convert leads.
  • Work at the interface of product, prospecting, marketing, and customer success, turning customer feedback into product innovation.
  • Use artificial intelligence proactively to accelerate work, experiment with new approaches, and share effective practices.
