Responsibilities
  • Assist the deputy dean and associate dean with coordination of undergraduate disciplinary matters.
  • Prepare and track disciplinary case files, including assembling electronic documents, checking documentation for completeness, organizing files, and redacting where appropriate.
  • Upload and maintain electronic files and records; track and distribute Public Safety reports and other documents; and provide records to the deans upon request.
  • Schedule Faculty-Student Committee on Discipline hearings and assist during weekly Residential College Disciplinary Board meetings.
  • Maintain accurate records, assist with collecting annual statistics, and draft discipline reports.
  • Track and manage funding requests from the Dean’s Emergency Fund.
  • Organize dean-on-call and Residential Living Coordinator on-call schedules.
  • Provide general office support for the Office of the Dean of Undergraduate Students.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Desired Qualifications
  • Background as a paralegal or legal secretary.
  • Experience with document management systems or records retention.
  • A bachelor's degree or other professional degree.
