- Effectively interpret between Spanish and English.
- Adhere to the NCIHC Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice.
- Accurately complete assigned tasks, duties, projects, and paperwork promptly and within approved guidelines.
- Quickly learn and implement new and changing technologies.

- Possess proficient computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, email, electronic scheduling, and internet use.

- For VRI assignments, provide a computer or laptop running Windows 10 or higher, a steady wired internet connection with minimum download speeds of 20 Mbps and upload speeds of 10 Mbps, a webcam, a USB wired headset, and a contrasting solid-color backdrop.
- Provide interpretation services in onsite settings, including medical and education environments.
- Provide VRI interpretation services as assigned.
