Responsibilities
  • Contribute to store profitability by meeting or exceeding sales objectives and key performance indicators for the assigned area.
  • Coordinate team members’ work to provide a strong shopping experience while ensuring routine store activities are completed.
  • Support the training, development, and coaching of store employees.
  • Analyze store performance indicators and make necessary adjustments to support commercial success within the assigned area, under the supervision of the Floor Manager or Store Manager.
  • Allocate resources and organize processes within the assigned area to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Set a strong example in customer service by consistently meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
  • Supervise and coordinate the team to ensure optimal customer service, using digital tools and the digital catalog to extend the product offering available in store.
  • Conduct customer-satisfaction collection using the Qualtrics kiosk.
  • Act as a brand ambassador and consistently embody the company’s values and attitudes.
  • Use product expertise and brand knowledge to drive sales and build customer loyalty.
  • Stay informed about product launches, campaigns, and events, communicate information to the team, and mobilize team members around these operations.
  • Help plan and provide appropriate training for team members on products, the brand, and digital tools.
  • Ensure proper management of assigned areas by requiring compliance with visual-merchandising, in-store communication, and cleanliness standards.
  • Follow store rules and procedures to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
  • Ensure product availability in the assigned area by coordinating replenishment between stock and the sales floor.
  • Supervise sales transactions and ensure they are processed quickly and correctly in accordance with cash-register procedures.
  • Minimize losses by implementing, monitoring, and following loss-prevention procedures.
  • Establish a performance culture by setting clear expectations and objectives, analyzing performance, and providing regular feedback to team members.
  • Ensure the customer-service culture is deployed within the team.
  • Support store-team recruitment, onboarding, training, and development alongside the Floor Manager or Store Manager.
  • Model company values and coach teams accordingly.
  • Seek coaching and learning opportunities to continuously improve performance.
