Requirements
  • The ideal candidate is pursuing a J.D; candidates entering their second or third year of law school in August 2025

Responsibilities
  • Conduct legal research and legal writing assignments to assist in providing legal advice to FINRA management and departments
  • Assist in drafting motions and other court filings and summarize court hearings
  • Attend internal litigation strategy discussions
Desired Qualifications
  • Work experience in a financial, brokerage or investment environment is a plus but is not necessary
