This role is a Senior Software Engineer who will report to the CTO.

What does the role look like?

As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you will play a crucial role in building and shipping product features from end to end. This position requires a strong proficiency in both backend and frontend technologies, particularly Ruby on Rails and React. Your primary responsibilities will involve developing new features, fixing bugs, and ensuring the reliable and rapid delivery of high-quality code. You will collaborate closely with product and design teams to take Figma designs and translate them into fully functional and scalable features.

On the backend, you will be responsible for designing database schemas, creating migrations, models, and validations, and delivering robust APIs that are well-tested and bug-free. On the frontend, you will implement detailed designs using React and TypeScript, focusing on building responsive, user-friendly interfaces. Your role will also involve managing the data layer for the frontend, ensuring seamless data fetching and state management, all while maintaining a focus on performance and reliability.
