The Vice President, Corporate Marketing will own the development and execution of WalkMe’s brand and communications strategy, helping to ensure the company maintains its dominant position in the rapidly evolving digital adoption platform (DAP) category of B2B software. Reporting to the CMO, this position is responsible for WalkMe’s brand identity and governance, creative services, external communications, customer references and social media. This is a high profile position that will be directly responsible for shaping the WalkMe brand into the undisputed category king of DAP. It is a unique, career-making opportunity to join a true category creator at a tipping point in the category’s evolution.
What You’ll Own
- Shape WalkMe’s brand identity, from visuals to tone of voice and overall company messaging.
- Conduct research and create programs and content to deliver measurable improvements in WalkMe’s brand awareness, perception and preference among key buyers and influencers.
- Oversee brand governance, keeping brand standards up-to-date and managing the rollout of new brands or brand ambassador programs.
- Ensure a consistent brand experience across WalkMe’s market-facing programs, product architecture and product taxonomy.
- Lead communications team in the development of a coordinated, enterprise-wide corporate communications strategy with measurable objectives.
- Implement key communications policies, protocols and guidelines.
- Oversee the selection of creative, communications and PR agencies and manage these critical relationships.
- Lead the strategy, development and execution of Realize, WalkMe’s flagship annual customer event.
- Serve as the ultimate owner of walkme.com, ensuring our brand promise and value proposition(s) are clearly communicated to visitors.
- Lead social media team in setting goals, content strategy, performance management and break-through ideas that engage key buyers and influencers in meaningful ways.
- Develop and scale our customer references function, ensuring we are facilitating customer storytelling across all GTM channels.
- Curate, architect and distribute centralized corporate content such as customer references, thought leadership, blogs, etc.
- Work closely with the Investor Relations team to ensure company messaging to investor audiences is consistent with WalkMe’s overall strategic narrative.
What You Need to Succeed
- 15+ years brand and communications experience for a B2B SaaS company.
- At least 3 years of experience in a brand and/or communications role for a company that had adopted a category creation strategy.
- Strong understanding of how brand activities connect to demand and overall business performance.
- Experience communicating the impact of brand activities to C-level executives.
- Experience managing globally diverse teams.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.

How We’ll Take Care Of You
Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting base pay for this role is between $215,000 and $340,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, benefits, and RSUs as part of our competitive total rewards package.
