Responsibilities
  • Conduct research, data analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to support business decision making, strategy, and operations.
  • Participate in business process improvement, quality control, and other initiatives.
  • Develop, manage, and coordinate performance and quality assessment, business process re-engineering, change management, communication, and training.
  • Perform analysis on complex data models requiring customized reports and data.
  • Manage small to mid-size projects.
  • Execute configuration and administrative functions within the WFM scheduling tool, including intraday performance configuration, security profile management, and configuration of reporting structures.
  • Develop and use metrics to develop recommendations related to business strategy and operations.
  • Present findings and recommendations to leaders.
