Verista to Showcase Advanced Pharmaceutical Inspection and Labeling Technologies at Pack Expo International 2026

Verista to showcase advanced pharmaceutical inspection and labeling technologies at Pack Expo International 2026. Visit Booth W-20082 to discover innovative tray inspection and label & print reconciliation solutions. Verista, a leading provider in solving complex quality, compliance, validation, technology, and operational challenges for the life sciences industry, is excited to announce its participation at Pack Expo International 2026, from October 18 to October 21, at McCormick Place in Chicago, Illinois. Verista will be exhibiting its latest innovations in inspection and label management technology at booth W-20082, highlighting the COUNTQ(R) Tray Inspection System and the LABELQ(TM) Label & Print Reconciliation System. The COUNTQ(R) Tray Inspection System is an advanced AI-enabled inspection and reconciliation solution designed to transform the counting and verification of vials, syringes, ampoules, and other tray-loaded parts in pharmaceutical manufacturing. COUNTQ(R) systems can utilize deep learning AI to deliver 100% electronic verification of product counts in just 15 seconds, significantly increasing accuracy and throughput compared to manual methods. This system virtually eliminates rework due to reconciliation and count discrepancies, reduces labor costs, and improves worker safety. Equipped with high-resolution cameras, LED lights, a multi-touch HMI, and 21 CFR Part 11 record compliance, the COUNTQ(R) platform ensures precise inspection, comprehensive audit trails, and traceability. The system's flexibility allows it to handle a wide range of tray types and product sizes, with unlimited recipe storage for quick changeovers. One COUNTQ(R) system can process up to 100 million vials per year, supporting a standard fill line capacity of 300 vials per minute. The COUNTQ(R) platform is available in compact, robust form factors, operates on standard power, and is designed for integration into existing production networks. COUNTQ(R) Tray Inspection System The LABELQ(TM) Label & Print Reconciliation System is a groundbreaking platform engineered to transform label management for medical device, pharmaceutical, and contract manufacturers. The LABELQ(TM) system integrates print, inspection, and verification into a single platform, delivering 100% automatic label inspection with real-time feedback. This reduces the risk of product recalls, label mix-ups, and poor label quality, while automating records and audit logs for 21 CFR Part 11 compliance. LABELQ(TM) systems eliminate manual inspection tasks, lower production costs, and offer a rapid changeover process to minimize downtime. The system supports intuitive product setup, multiple modes of operation including print, inspect, count, and rewind, and accommodates lot sizes from 50 to 50,000. A unique feature of Verista's LABELQ(TM) platform is the ability to auto-generate vision files when using industry-standard label software, such as BarTender, NiceLabel, and Loftware. The LABELQ(TM) platform's flexibility and industrial-grade design make it an ideal solution for manufacturers with variable production needs, setting a new benchmark in label management for regulated industries. Visitors to booth W-20082 will have the opportunity to learn more about COUNTQ(R) and LABELQ(TM) products and engage with Verista's industry experts to discover how these solutions can streamline operations, improve accuracy, and ensure the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance.
