ZoomInfo has launched a connector for Microsoft Copilot Studio, enabling customers to access its B2B intelligence data directly within Microsoft 365 Copilot, Dynamics 365, Excel, and Word. The integration allows sales teams to use natural language to search companies, identify contacts, and enrich account information without switching between applications. The connector works through GTM.AI, ZoomInfo's data layer that connects to multiple platforms including Salesforce Agentforce, HubSpot Breeze, and Gong. In Dynamics 365, users can enrich records with verified contacts and intent signals. Excel users can generate target audience lists, whilst Word can create account plans using live ZoomInfo data. Access requires appropriate ZoomInfo accounts, Microsoft licences, and administrator approval. ZoomInfo reports customers save 11.5 hours weekly on account research using its intelligence platform, which covers 100 million companies and 500 million contacts.
ZoomInfo Technologies exceeded Q2 guidance, driven by 20% growth in its Operations business and strong performance from upmarket customers, who now represent 76% of total annual contract value. The company closed its largest ACV deal ever, a multiyear renewal involving data integration and seat expansion. The firm launched GTM.AI, a headless context layer embedding proprietary data into agentic workflows and LLMs. Management is shifting from seat-based to hybrid consumption-based pricing to capture value from programmatic go-to-market work. ZoomInfo raised full-year 2026 revenue guidance to $1.207 billion–$1.217 billion, reflecting Q2 outperformance. Adjusted operating margins expanded to 35% following a 15% year-over-year headcount reduction, with several hundred additional cuts planned. The company recorded a $651 million non-cash goodwill impairment charge and a $35 million restructuring charge. Net revenue retention declined to 89% from 90%, attributed to longer sales cycles and software vertical weakness.
Paul Cuffaro LLC, a small business selling influencer marketing services, increased revenue 320% year-over-year after adopting ZoomInfo's platform, according to the company. Previously, the firm's talent manager used six separate applications and spent four to six hours daily researching a single company, taking roughly a month before requesting a meeting. ZoomInfo's accurate contact data, precise filters for company and job title, and company news signals reduced this process to under five minutes. The company reports a 97% response rate from targeted contacts and no more than two email bounces across hundreds of outreach attempts. ZoomInfo provides B2B data covering over 100 million companies and 500 million contacts, helping revenue teams identify and engage prospects.
MarketSpark grew its sales pipeline 5X with ZoomInfo. ZoomInfo, the all-in-one AI GTM platform, has reported that MarketSpark, a provider of analog replacement solutions for large enterprises, grew its sales pipeline by about 5X using ZoomInfo data, according to the company. MarketSpark replaces the legacy copper telephone lines, known as POTS, that still run inside many commercial buildings, swapping them for managed, wireless, 5G-ready connections. Its buyers are Fortune 500 enterprises with more than one hundred physical sites, and the hard part is finding them. Roughly 6 million U.S. buildings still depend on copper lines, and about 30 million of those lines are scheduled to be retired over the next five years. Many of those lines are not carrying ordinary calls. They support life-safety systems such as elevator phones, fire panels, and burglar alarms. A disconnected line can leave an elevator phone unable to call for help. To reach the most exposed enterprises first, MarketSpark needed precise building addresses, site density, and employee counts for each location - information that enterprises typically do not publish. Without it, the sales team was presenting a nationwide problem using mock data. Building a data-driven sales strategy. MarketSpark evaluated several B2B data providers before selecting ZoomInfo, citing what it described as the most comprehensive and accurate dataset among the options considered. The company licensed a data feed containing: * Company names * Business addresses * Employee counts * Revenue data The information was delivered directly into its Amazon S3 storage through a native integration. MarketSpark's analysts combined the ZoomInfo data with federal decommissioning records to build an interactive risk map that scored buildings individually. Instead of relying on estimated information, sales representatives could present Fortune 500 prospects with their actual building portfolios and associated infrastructure risks. Results from the new approach. According to the company, the new strategy delivered significant business outcomes, including: * Identification of more than 30,000 previously unknown target companies * Approximately 5X growth in marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) * Approximately 5X growth in sales-qualified leads (SQLs) * Approximately 5X increase in pipeline opportunities * At least 5X growth in revenue opportunities * Higher conversion rates across the sales process Preparing for the copper network retirement. The opportunity continues to expand as approximately 30 million copper telephone lines remain scheduled for retirement over the coming years. MarketSpark says it now has a repeatable process to identify organizations most affected by the transition and engage them before their legacy communications infrastructure is decommissioned. Independent research ranks ZoomInfo the #1 GTM connector in Anthropic's directory. * 1 hr ago ZoomInfo (NASDAQ: GTM), the all-in-one AI GTM platform, ranked as the number one go-to-market connector in Anthropic's connector directory in a new independent benchmark from Send. The study, "The State of GTM Connectors," tracked eleven GTM providers over nine consecutive weeks from July to September 2025 and placed ZoomInfo first in every one of them. Send built the ranking on the directory's own popularity score, which it calls the closest public signal to how widely each connector is actually used. Researchers polled the directory every minute across the study window, logging more than 100,000 snapshots in total and 3,610 for the eleven GTM providers studied. ZoomInfo finished at the top with a normalized index of 100.0, leading a competitive field in which the top providers stayed within roughly two index points of one another. The connector runs on GTM.AI. The ZoomInfo connector in Anthropic's directory is powered by GTM.AI, ZoomInfo's headless GTM context layer and the API and Model Context Protocol home for AI agents. When a user asks Claude to research an account, size a market, or map a buying committee, GTM.AI is the context layer returning verified company and contact data behind the answer. Ranking first for nine straight weeks is a public measure of how much that context layer is already in use. The result matters because agentic go-to-market work is only as accurate as the data underneath it. Roughly 70% of B2B contact data decays every year, and an AI assistant grounded in a stale export inherits every error in it. GTM.AI instead grounds those assistants in ZoomInfo's verified data: more than 100 million companies, 500 million contacts, and billions of signals. That data is refreshed continuously rather than exported once and left to age. One governed source across every AI surface. GTM.AI is the same context layer beneath ZoomInfo's integrations across Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Salesforce Agentforce, and HubSpot Breeze. Each surface reads from one governed source, so an organization's entitlements, permissions, and data lineage stay intact wherever an agent runs. Authentication and governance remain tied to existing ZoomInfo permissions, and organizations keep visibility into what their agents access and where the data came from. That native, governed model is what separates a real context layer from a one-time data export. The full benchmark is available from Send at send.co.
