- Proficiency in Intune administration, including Autopilot, policies, and IntuneWin.
- Level 2 and Level 3 support experience.
- Experience modifying and evolving the Windows workstation foundation.
- Experience managing Windows 10 updates.
- Experience managing VDI pools.
- Knowledge of software distribution tools and MSI application packaging.
- Ability to automate routine administration tasks using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API.
- Awareness of information-system security.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to maintain team dashboards.
- Ability to provide detailed daily activity reports and work scheduled exceptional operations, including evenings, weekends, business-continuity activities, and major production incidents.
- Maintain operational conditions for the Windows workstation fleet by monitoring platform operations, handling incidents, performing recurring administration, and managing deliveries.
- Perform service changes and production deployments.
- Manage, optimize, and improve the performance of the Windows and Microsoft 365 platforms.
- Contribute to the evolution of the workstation scope.
- Manage and monitor software distributions.
- Administer and manage the Intune environment.
- Package applications for workstations using MSI technology.
- Update administration repositories, including documentation, mapping, and configuration management.
- Apply, contribute to, and ensure compliance with service standards and norms.
- Contribute to information-system evolution projects.
- Collaborate with the organization's various information-technology teams.
- Report to the entity manager.
- Provide weekday coverage during the organization's business hours.
- Perform planned exceptional operations, including weekend and evening work, business-continuity activities, and major production incidents.
