Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in end-to-end talent acquisition, including sourcing, candidate pipeline management, interview coordination, debriefs, referencing, and offer letters.
  • Proven experience building a talent acquisition team - hiring, onboarding, and managing recruiters, sourcers, coordinators.
  • Demonstrated success enhancing the talent acquisition capabilities of a high-growth and high-performing early-stage software company; demonstrating an entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to be a 'hands-on' leader.
  • Passion for innovation with a focus on providing an amazing experience to both hiring managers and candidates.
  • Commitment to holding a high bar for talent as evidenced via rigorous sourcing, screening, and referencing.
  • Deep knowledge of the external technical talent environment, market trends, competitors, and general talent availability.
  • Demonstrated experience and success in recruiting technical profiles - engineers, designers, product managers.
  • Commitment to and experience with diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Independently lead Binti’s Talent Acquisition operations from end-to-end, initially as the sole member, and eventually as the manager and leader of a growing team that exemplifies Binti’s high-performing and high-empathy culture.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle across multiple departments, ensuring a smooth and candidate-friendly hiring process.
  • Utilize sourcing and applicant tracking software to streamline the recruiting process and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand their hiring needs and support Binti’s efforts to grow and scale.
  • Iterate and innovate on Binti’s recruiting and sourcing strategies to ensure we have a robust, diverse, talented pipeline of candidates.
  • Own and improve Binti’s hiring process (e.g. build a library of documented Standard Operating Procedures) to ensure an inclusive and effective process that allows Binti to vet for the most important attributes for success in a role while reducing bias.
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction; use data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Build strong relationships across Binti, as a thought partner and valued service provider to hiring managers, plus an empathetic and inspiring collaborator to everyone involved in interview plans.
  • Contribute to Binti branding initiatives to position Binti as an employer of choice.
  • Identify and engage external sourcing, contingency, and contract recruiters as needed and appropriate, using excellent business judgment to manage Binti resources.
