Requirements

A minimum professional nursing qualification (Profesi Ners) is required.
An active nursing registration certificate (STR) is required.
At least one year of experience as a nurse is required; fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
Candidates should demonstrate responsibility, good communication, and a patient-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

Prepare facilities for smooth service and help patients and families receive care by arranging a safe and comfortable room and checking that required equipment functions properly and medicines and other necessary health equipment are available and ready to use.
Provide nursing care according to standard nursing practice, including carrying out emergency medical or nursing actions for major health problems requiring outpatient services and observing and monitoring the patient's general physical and psychological condition, vital signs, and main complaints during and immediately after procedures.
Assist patients before and during doctors' procedures by preparing them physically and psychologically, calming them, adjusting their position, and providing a sense of security and comfort to patients and families.
Prepare patients who have completed procedures for administrative needs, including home-care instructions, sick certificates, referral letters when necessary, and prescriptions for home use; provide health education to patients and families as needed.
Implement and maintain a system for recording and reporting nursing care to support accurate information and communication.
Implement quality and service-safety procedures and practices, including attending training, collecting data, documenting, and preparing reports to support hospital-wide indicators and related department or unit targets.

Job Description

Prepare facilities for smooth service and make it easier for patients/families to receive services, by: Arranging the safety and comfort of the room, Checking and ensuring that all required equipment is functioning properly and that medicines and other necessary health equipment are available and ready to use.
Providing nursing care using standard nursing practice: Carrying out emergency medical/nursing actions according to major health problems that require Outpatient services, Carrying out observations, monitoring the patient's health condition (general condition: physical, psychological, vital signs and main complaints) during the procedure and immediately after the action.
Helping patients before and during procedures by doctors, including: Preparing the patient both physically and psychologically, calming the patient, adjusting the patient's position. Provide a sense of security and comfort to the patient/family during the procedure.
Prepare patients who have completed procedures, including: Administrative needs, such as: instructions for home care, sick certificates, referral letters if necessary, and prescriptions for home use. Provide health education to patients/families as needed.
Implement and maintain a system for recording and reporting nursing care, so as to create an accurate information and communication system.
Implement procedures and practices for quality and safety services, including attending training, collecting data, documenting and/or making reports needed to support the achievement of hospital wide indicators and related department/unit targets
