Insurance Industry Manager - Business Development and Delivery
About the job
- Have a deep understanding of the insurance industry in Indonesia.
- Have at least 7 years of work experience in the insurance industry, either as an employee of an insurance company or as a consultant for insurance; more than 10 years is ideal.
- Have relationships with top management at multiple insurance companies, especially Japanese-related companies.
- Have experience submitting proposals to customers, especially insurance customers.
- Have at least 5 years of work experience as a project manager or project management office professional on an insurance project.
- Be proficient in English at a business level.
- Execute proposals for Japanese and non-Japanese insurance companies, including researching and connecting with appropriate points of contact, preparing materials such as company introductions and solution experience, attending meetings, and clarifying issues.
- Communicate with top management at insurance companies.
- Follow up on, track, and revise proposals.
- Initiate contracting and register projects in the internal system.
- Run projects and create deliverables, including managing project progress, issues, risks, and costs, and managing the Business Analyst and solution teams.
