About the job

Requirements
  • A proven track record of growing net revenue retention through renewals and upsell strategies in a SaaS business.
  • Experience leading a sales or account management team to maximize revenue outcomes.
  • Strategic thinking beyond Account Management, with clear prioritization in a complex environment and sound judgment in ambiguity.

  • Executive-level communication and cross-functional influence, with the ability to work closely with senior stakeholders across the business.
Responsibilities

  • Advise the leadership team on Customer Success strategy and forecasts alongside the CRO, and lead cross-team collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Product, Content, and Enablement.

About the company

Kognity is an educational technology company that offers interactive digital textbooks for high school students, especially covering IB and IGCSE curricula. Its subscription-based platform gives schools access to digital resources that include quizzes, videos, and real-time analytics to help teachers monitor student progress and adapt instruction. The product works as a web-based library of interactive content that updates over time; teachers track analytics to tailor lessons, while students engage with the material within the digital textbooks. Compared with competitors, Kognity emphasizes curriculum-aligned content for IB/IGCSE, integrated student progress analytics, and a school-wide subscription model that ensures scalable access. Its goal is to democratize high-quality education by making it accessible to students from diverse backgrounds and by supporting teachers with tools and resources in an inclusive, collaborative environment.
