Responsibilities
  • Full-Cycle ERP & IT Recruiting: Support full-cycle recruiting for ERP and IT roles, including functional and technical positions
  • Full-Cycle ERP & IT Recruiting: Recruit across ERP platforms such as Oracle (EBS and Cloud), SAP, PeopleSoft, and Dynamics, as well as related IT roles
  • Full-Cycle ERP & IT Recruiting: Review job requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategies
  • Full-Cycle ERP & IT Recruiting: Conduct candidate screens to evaluate technical skills, functional expertise, and federal contracting experience
  • Full-Cycle ERP & IT Recruiting: Support proposal staffing, project ramp-ups, and contract expansions
  • High-Volume Recruiting & Proposal Support: Manage multiple open requisitions in a high-volume environment
  • High-Volume Recruiting & Proposal Support: Recruit for time-sensitive and hard-to-fill roles aligned to proposal and delivery timelines
  • High-Volume Recruiting & Proposal Support: Adapt to shifting priorities and changing job requirements
  • Candidate Relationships & Talent Pipelining: Build and maintain strong candidate relationships across ERP and IT skill sets
  • Candidate Relationships & Talent Pipelining: Develop and manage long-term talent pipelines for ERP, IT, and federal contracting roles
  • Candidate Relationships & Talent Pipelining: Maintain regular communication with candidates to support ongoing engagement
  • Candidate Relationships & Talent Pipelining: Proactively engage candidates ahead of demand to support rapid hiring needs
  • Compensation, W2 Hiring & Offer Support: Support compensation discussions, including presenting offers and responding to candidate questions

  • Compensation, W2 Hiring & Offer Support: Explaining benefits, employment policies, and total compensation

  • Compensation, W2 Hiring & Offer Support: Partner with HR and Compensation during offer finalization
  • Tools, Process & Candidate Experience: Use ATS and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter) to post roles, track candidates, and maintain accurate documentation
