Requirements
  • Knowledge of the operating procedures of Marine Corps maintenance and maintenance management programs.
  • At least five years of experience with GCSS-MC, TDM Catalyst, Microsoft SharePoint, and Microsoft Office programs.
  • Must have a Secret-level security clearance.
Responsibilities
  • Track preventive maintenance schedules and verify compliance across assigned equipment platforms.
  • Maintain and update equipment readiness status and maintenance trackers in support of the overall maintenance management program for II MSB.
  • Analyze maintenance trends, equipment readiness data, and workflow efficiencies and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Monitor corrective maintenance actions, work orders, and parts status to ensure timely resolution.
  • Support the development and maintenance of readiness reports and maintenance summaries.
  • Assist with inspections, audits, and readiness evaluations as required.
  • Support maintenance-related inspections, including internal compliance reviews and higher headquarters evaluations.
